Shipping & Delivery
Eden Textile uses DHL Express for its order shippments. In scenarios where DHL is unable to deliver to your area of Canada, we reserve the right to substitute Purolator and/or Canada Post to facilitate your order's delivery.
Your signature for a shipment verifies that the delivery was accpted in good condition. Each time you receive any order, it is good advice to:
- Check that the correct number of packages are being delivered
- Inspect that all packages are free from damages
- Note any damages on the delivery receipt before you sign it
- Sign the delivery receipt "subject to inspection" if the driver will not wait for you to inspect the parcel
- If you have any concern, please call us immediately
- Claims must be reported to Eden within 5 days from receipt of goods
If you are unhappy with our products or services, please call us immediately. We will be pleased to discuss your concerns and work with you to make arrangments to correct the situation.
Returns & Warranty Claims
Returns or warranty claims on items more than 90 days from purchase will not be accepted. No products can be returned without recieving a RGA# (Return Goods Authorization). Non-warranty returns will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. All RGA freight costs are the responsiblity of the customer. Any unauthorized return or collect shipments will be refused at our location. Eden will pass through all Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, to the customer. Eden will assist in coordinating the repair or replacement of the product by the manufacturer.
In no event shall Eden's liability (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) for damages arising out of, or relating to, a breach of the above express warranty or the sales, delivery, use or performance of the product exceeding the purchase price of the product.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payments
Eden accepts Visa, Mastercard and Paypal through our Paypal Checkout process. Your card/account will be charged upon checkout and confirmation emails will be sent accordingly. If your bank has declined your credit card, we will contact you by phone and/or email for payment information. If we are unable to reach you, we will cancel your order after three business days. We will not ship any orders until payment has been made. Once payment has been recieved orders will be released to the warehouse for shipping.
Promotional Codes
Promotional Codes or Digital Coupons used are debited at the time an order is placed. Digital Coupons will automatically be redeemed to your purchase total, up to the total purchase amount. Digital Coupons must be used prior to their noted expiration date and within a single transaction. Coupons cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, deleted or if you cancel or return your purchase. In the event of a reduction in price below the coupon value, the excess value of the coupon will not be refunded.
Privacy & Security
We know that your privacy is very important to you. That's why protecting any personal information, such as your name, address, email address or phone number that you provide to us is of the utmost importance to Eden Textile. As a result, we have prepared this Privacy and Security Statement to let you know about the manner in which we collect, use, disclose and otherwise manage the personal information you entrust to us through Client Services Department ("Client Services"), through Eden Textile websites (the "Sites"), or through our authorized service providers ("Service Providers").
When you provide personal information at our Client Services, our Sites and to our Service Providers, you are consenting to the manner in which Eden Textile will collect, use, disclose and otherwise manage the personal information of our Canadian consumers, as set out below.
We may collect personal information that you provide us when you:
- Purchase, order, return, exchange or request certain information about our products and services;
- Request warranty or product repair services;
- Sign up or register for newsletters or promotional notifications;
- Contact a Client Services;
- Visit or register with our Sites or participate in another feature of our Sites;
- Enter into a contest or sweepstakes or respond to one of our surveys;
- Apply for employment through one of the Sites or at a our offices; or
- Provide us with comments or suggestions.
We may also collect personal information about you from our Service Providers.
Client Services
When you call our Client Services about a product, delivery, a billing question or for customer service, you may be asked for information that identifies you along with additional information we need to help us promptly answer your question, such as your name and address and a phone number where we might contact you. We may retain this information to assist you in the future.
Online Registration
Registration is an optional service provided by our Sites. You do not have to register to browse or shop online. When you register, you are asked for personal information such as your name, address, phone number, email address, a password that you select, and optionally, your interests. Your registration information may be used to help make your online shopping quicker and easier, by pre-filling certain parts of your shopping information. When you register you will have the opportunity to sign up to receive future marketing information from Eden Textile.
Contests, Questions or Surveys
When you ask a question, participate in a survey or enter a contest or sweepstakes a Eden Texxtile sponsored event or through our Sites, we may collect your name, address, phone number and email address. We use this information to administer your participation in a contest or sweepstakes. At the time you are entering a contest or sweepstakes, we may ask your permission to send you future marketing information from Eden Textile.
